Who We Are

Magruder Construction is a Heavy-Civil Contractor headquartered in Eolia, MO with a Pervious Concrete Division in Sanford, Florida. 

Our personnel have completed more than 8-million sq. ft of pervious concrete pavements across the U.S. from Florida to California during the past 27 year.s

Our "in-house construction crews have more experience in Pervious Concrete than any other contractor in the nation.  Magruder personnel were involved in some of the first projects ever completed in Florida, Missouri, Georgia, Ohio, Nevada, and California.  We organized the American Concrete Institute's (ACI) Committee 522 "Pervious Concrete", and were commissioned by the National Ready Mixed Concrete Association (NRMCA) to write the Training Manual used to certify other Pervious Concrete Contractors across the nation. 

Magruder Construction also works with local, state, and National organizations to promote the use of Pervious Concrete as a stormwater management tool, low-impact development, and LEED "Green Building" system.  Many communities are adopting the use of the Magruder developed dual-use concept as their on-site stormwater Best Management Practice (BMP).
